Administrative Openings
Behavioral Health Training Specialist (Wasilla) - To lead and coordinate CCS Early Learning’s Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) Workforce Training Hub curriculum — training CCS staff in Year 1 and, as the program expands, Behavioral Health Associates employed by community partner organizations and statewide Head Start providers. Select and adapt evidence-based early childhood mental health curricula, deliver the lab-school training model within CCS’s active Head Start classrooms, and track training outcomes to continuously improve curriculum quality. Infant-Toddler Teacher (Fairview Center Early Head Start) - Create a successful environment that will promote the growth and development of infants and toddlers integrating educational goals and developmentally appropriate practices into the classroom. Cook (Fairview Center Early Head Start) - To provide nutrition services including; meal prep, food service, information, & education to all children and families enrolled in our programs. Food Services Aide (Fairview Center Head Start) - Provide assistance to the Cook in the kitchen to prepare meals for children, wash dishes, and keep kitchen areas clean and sanitary. Janitor (Fairview Center Early Head Start) - Ensure the center is clean, safe and left in an orderly condition each day. Clean floors, windows and other surfaces; remove trash and replenish supplies. Family Advocate (Wasilla Early Head Start) - To assist in integrating parent and family engagement strategies into all systems and program services to support family well-being and promote children’s learning and development. Work with other staff and directly with families on a family partnership process and providing a full range services and referrals. Assist families in setting and accomplishing goals.
