On behalf of the staff, the Board of Directors, and the Policy Council of CCS Early Learning I would like to welcome you to our website. We strive to make this a resource that is helpful for current and potential families, for those seeking employment, and for those in the community that want to learn more about our agency. CCS Early Learning (formerly known as Chugiak Children's Services) is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides early childhood services in the Mat-Su Borough. We have been providing services for 50 years and are very proud of the strong roots and community connections we have developed during this time. We currently employ over 130 individuals, many of which at one time, were enrolled as children or parents themselves. Our employees are the key to our continued success. They work individually with each child and with each parent they encounter to help nurture growth and to remove obstacles that will hinder success. Working with young children and partnering with families is joyful and rewarding work and we feel very fortunate to have been a part of the many thousands of lives that CCS has touched.

Our work is about growing strong, successful children and families. It is about developing the next generation of leaders and equipping them with the tools that they will need.
